The Source

The mountains above Cave Creek.

High above the desert floor, in the mountains north of Cave Creek, a private spring runs cool, clear, and mineral-rich. The water filters slowly through ancient granite, gathering calcium, magnesium, and silica on its way — and emerges naturally alkaline, at a pH of 7.8. We bring it down to the valley, bottle it in small batches, and carry it to your door.

spring /ˈspriŋ/ noun

“a source of supply; especially : a source of water issuing from the ground”

— Merriam-Webster
A clear desert spring at dawn, pooling over granite boulders in the mountains above Cave Creek, Arizona.
Drawn With Restraint

Our water comes from a single protected source — a private spring, high in the watershed above Cave Creek, held by people who have cared for it far longer than we’ve been bottling it. We work closely with the spring’s stewards, and we are small-batch by design: no mass bottling, no industrial draws, no pipeline.

Sustainable sourcing here isn’t a slogan — it’s an arrangement. Every draw is measured against the aquifer’s natural recharge, so the spring always replenishes faster than we take from it. When the desert needs its water, the desert keeps it. That’s the deal, and it doesn’t bend.

The restraint is also why the water tastes the way it does. A slow, unhurried source. Minerals gathered drop by drop through desert granite. Nothing forced, nothing stripped, nothing added — just spring water as the mountain makes it, sealed in glass.
